Energy Assessment

Energy Efficiency reports / Star Ratings are required on all new homes to comply with the BCA. We will assess your residential plans and specifications and provide an Energy Efficiency Certificate and Data Sheet.

If the dwelling does not reach the minimum star rating we will provide informed recommendations of how you can meet or exceed these requirements. Plans can be posted and emailed from anywhere in Queensland and can be rated within 3 working days. Existing homes can also be rated to improve resale value
